We are less than 10 km from the Perth CBD and approximately 11 km from Trigg beach and other northern beaches. This inner suburb has gone through a period of gentrification over the past decade which has resulted in a surge of young families and professionals calling it home.

OCCUPANCY BASED PRICING

Our base fee is for the first 4 guests.
After that it is just $30 per person per night for the 5th, 6th, 7th guest.
This we believe is a fairer way to charge so that smaller groups are discounted from the price of larger groups.
We do check the number of guests match the booking and will charge $100 per person per night for guests not declared when booking.

Our check-in instructions will be sent 1 day before your stay.
There will be a check-in guide and includes detailed instructions, images and everything else to ensure a smooth check-in and an enjoyable stay.

Housekeeping arrangements require a lead-time of at least one day to assure a 3pm check-in on your day of arrival. If you make a last minute booking we cannot guarantee a 3pm check-in so please be prepared to check-in later in the day.

In order to set realistic expectations, we offer essential starter supplies to make your stay more comfortable. If you would like to request mid-stay services at any time during your booking, please inform us.
