BEFORE YOU BOOK

Our check-in time is 3 pm on your day of arrival and Check-out time is 10am on your day of departure. Before you book please consider your travel arrangements in relation to this. If you plan to arrive early or want to depart late please consider booking an additional night, subject to availability. We cannot offer early checkins or late checkouts as we require the time between guest stays for our housekeepers to prepare the property for you.

In order to make arrangements for housekeeping and check-in requirements, we require a booking lead time of at least one day. Hence, we cannot assure a 3pm check-in time for last-minute bookings, particularly when there is a departing guest. Guests who have made advance reservations and need to be checked-in are given priority over last-minute bookings.
