You will have the entire Studio to enjoy in peace and quiet. The owner lives in a separate dwelling upstairs and there is a shared hallway space with access to the shared laundry facilities and rooftop terrace.

BEFORE YOU BOOK

Our check-in time is 3 pm on your day of arrival and check-out time is 10am on your day of departure. Before you book please consider your travel arrangements in relation to this. If you plan to arrive early or want to depart late, please consider booking an additional night, subject to availability. We cannot offer early check-ins or late checkouts as we require the time between guest stays for our housekeepers to prepare the property for you.

A very friendly Cat lives on site with the owner in the upstairs apartment.
Please ensure the cat does not wander into the apartment as it may get locked inside.

The laundry and the rooftop terrace are both shared spaces. You can access this from your own private door from your apartment into the shared hallway.
Please keep your door locked to provide your own security.

Our check-in instructions will be sent 2 days before your stay.
There will be a check-in guide and includes detailed instructions, images and everything else to ensure a smooth check-in and an enjoyable stay.
We use What3Words as a tool to provide an exact location of our property.

All guests must provide at least one ID. Guest information is collected via a secure online check-in.

BONDS

For guests (i) new to Airbnb and yet to receive their first review, or (ii) those with less than perfect reviews, we require a bond.
Bond are administered via Airbnb for complete transparency and returned on departure all being left as it was found.

No third party bookings unless arranged during the booking process i.e. the guest making the booking must be part of the group staying at the property.

Housekeeping arrangements require a lead-time of at least one day to assure a 3pm check-in on your day of arrival. If you make a last minute booking we cannot guarantee a 3pm check-in so please be prepared to check-in later in the day.

STARTER SUPPLIES

In order to set realistic expectations, we offer essential starter supplies to make your stay more comfortable. These complimentary supplies comprise shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, and a few other items. Please note that these supplies are not intended to last for the entire duration of your booking but are provided to avoid the need to rush to the supermarket immediately upon arrival. If you would like to request mid-stay services at any time during your booking, please inform us.

BBQ

You are welcome to use the BBQ, however cleaning the BBQ is not included in our cleaning fee. If you would like us to clean the BBQ, or you it in a lesser state than on your arrival a $100 cleaning fee will apply.
