Located on the penthouse floor (7th) of the Mounts Bay Apartments, our private luxury apartment welcomes you with its stylish lounge, full kitchen and dining area opening onto one of two balconies.
1 small quiet balcony to the rear where you can enjoy a peaceful breakfast before heading off into the city, or our huge rooftop balcony big enough to enjoy sweeping views of the CBD and the river while you enjoy a romantic dinner prepared at home or ordered and delivered from one of hundreds of local restaurants.
Bedroom 1 – the master bedroom has a kingsize bed, a double mirror robe and plenty of room to move. Also has a TV, a desk and reverse cycle air-con.
Bedroom 2 – has a Queen bed (can be separated into 2 x single beds – Please let us know when booking if you’d like this), and its own reverse cycle air con.
Full bathroom has a bath with a view and full walk in shower.
There is a separate toilet for your convenience ;-)
Full size washing machine and dryer for your exclusive use tucked away in our European laundry.
Accessed via a sweeping staircase is the rooftop balcony where we have provided you with a full table and six chairs, plus two sun loungers where you can relax in privacy.
We are right on the bus route with the bus stop at the door. A short walk will take you to Elizabeth Quay where both the bus and train hubs are plus the ferry across to the South Perth foreshore.
For every guest, our place is spotless anyway, but for your added peace of mind we would advise you that the health and safety of all owners, guests and residents is our top priority.
Policies and procedures have been implemented in accordance with latest advice from the Department of Health. This includes but is not limited to Airbnb’s Covid safety guidelines:

Please remember to wash your hands thoroughly, sanitise regularly and keep a safe distance from others, thank you.
Whilst this is a self catering property, we understand that it’s expensive and time consuming to have to bring your own. In order that you can relax the moment you arrive we provide you with a generous amount of everything you need for a few days completely free of charge.
Included are coffee, tea, sugar, shampoo, body wash, washing powder, dishwashing etc etc.

Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am. If you’d like to arrive early or sleep in a little, let us know and we will do what we can. An additional fee may apply.
A one off cleaning fee is included in your booking which ensures that you will arrive to a spotlessly clean place with fresh towels, bed linen and a few provisions. So that we can maintain our high standard even during longer stays, we insist that our cleaner comes once a fortnight if your stay is 2 weeks or more. Usual cleaning fee of $135 will apply.
Finally, a note about PARTIES:
This is not the place to book if you intend to have a party or invite others who are not included in the booking. Having your family and friends over for a sundowner is perfectly acceptable, but late nights, loud noise and excessive drinking is not allowed.
CLEAR THE AIR
Please go outside the building to smoke, or it will cost you $300.
You will have the entire apartment to yourself. Also use of the Mounts Bay Waters Apartments resort facilities: pool, tennis, gym and in house restaurant.
NOTE – RESPONSIBLE HOSTING
While family & social occasions are perfectly acceptable, please always let us know if you plan to have guests.
We are committed to Responsible Hosting which means that we want our guests to have a positive experience staying in our place. It also means that we do not tolerate behaviour which is detrimental to our property or our neighbours and is not in line with Airbnb policy.
Therefore we must stress our house rules are strictly:
- NO SMOKING
- NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS (without first seeking prior permission)
- NO LOUD NOISE
- NO PARTIES
Any anti-social behaviour will be immediately reported to us by those on site and your booking will be cancelled with immediate effect.
There is CCTV outside and around the building entry and exit points and a Ring Video Doorbell at the apartment door.
There is some city noise to be expected from the city centre location.
The rooftop balcony is not the place for children to be unsupervised.
Guest information is collected via a secure online check-in. We will always ask for a copy of your ID (drivers licence or passport) before you check-in and we may also ask for the security bond to be held by us.
Airbnb does not actually take the security bond themselves.
