BEFORE YOU BOOK

Our check-in time is 3 pm on your day of arrival and check-out time is 10am on your day of departure. Before you book please consider your travel arrangements in relation to this. If you plan to arrive early or want to depart late, please consider booking an additional night, subject to availability. We cannot offer early check-ins or late checkouts as we require the time between guest stays for our housekeepers to prepare the property for you.

Our check-in instructions will be sent 2 days before your stay.
There will be a check-in guide and includes detailed instructions, images and everything else to ensure a smooth check-in and an enjoyable stay.

Housekeeping arrangements require a lead-time of at least one day to assure a 3pm check-in on your day of arrival. If you make a last minute booking we cannot guarantee a 3pm check-in so please be prepared to check-in later in the day.

In order to set realistic expectations, we offer essential starter supplies to make your stay more comfortable. Please note that these supplies are not intended to last for the entire duration of your booking but are provided to avoid the need to rush to the supermarket immediately upon arrival. If you would like to request mid-stay services at any time during your booking, please inform us.
