Our 2 bed apartment sleeps 4 guests in 2 bedrooms, one King Bed and two Singles. There is a modern bathroom and complete kitchen with d/washer and coffee machine.

Located at the southern tip of Cottesloe Beach and nestled among the homes of the rich and famous, you will find this charming, almost beach front apartment.

Wander out the gate of the private courtyard with your towel over your shoulder and coffee in hand, and in 2 mins you be feeling the white sand between your toes and the sparking clear water of the Indian Ocean.

Beach towels are provided (please return them before you go).

Aircon is provided by one split system in the kitchen which cools the entire apartment. Assisted by overhead and remotely operated fans in each bedroom. Or just leave both patio doors open and let the famous Cottesloe sea breeze through.

The master bedroom has direct access to the raised private garden via sliding french doors.

Conveniently we have one dedicated parking space at the gate with plenty of free street parking around.
Victoria St Station is a 5 min walk away and is on the Fremantle-Perth line with trains running regularly all day.

Just a few stops away is Claremont station which now runs trains directly to Perth Airport for just a few bucks – cheaper than any uber.

For the parkrunners among us, Cottesloe parkrun runs just past every Saturday morning at 8am – come and join us.

You have the entire unit to yourself for your stay, plus access our our private laundry facilities and one car bay.

We’re on hand to assist you via Airbnb should you need to reach out for anything. Otherwise we will leave you in peace to enjoy your stay.

We are obliged to obtain Guest’s ID for each booking to comply with our insurance.

Our check-in time is 3 pm on your day of arrival and check-out time is 10am on your day of departure. Before you book please consider your travel arrangements in relation to this. If you plan to arrive early or want to depart late, please consider booking an additional night, subject to availability. We cannot offer early check-ins or late checkouts as we require the time between guest stays for our housekeepers to prepare the property for you.

Housekeeping arrangements require a lead-time of at least one day to assure a 3pm check-in on your day of arrival. If you make a last minute booking we cannot guarantee a 3pm check-in so please be prepared to check-in later in the day.

In order to set realistic expectations, we offer essential starter supplies to make your stay more comfortable. These complimentary supplies comprise shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, and a few other items. If you would like to request mid-stay services at any time during your booking, please inform us.
